I booked this hotel in Assago as it was the closest to the arena where were were attending a concert. the room was reasonably comfortable, small bathroom. It was in November 2024, so the gardens didn't really look great, but i imagine would be lovely in Spring/Summer. Whilst we intended to take the closest metro to visit Milano, we ended up taking a taxi at a cost of circa € 40. My husband does not walk very well, so we found the metro station was too far away for us. Car parking was free. Breakfast was quite good, for italy which is not known for great breakfast. we had dinner in the hotel, with 10 friends. it was very good and reasonably priced.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and the moment you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted with a very beautiful atmosphere. The reception was warm and welcoming and we were truly impressed. The hotel room was wonderfully equipped and we slept well. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful when we had an issue with our card not working to enter the room. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety to suit everyone’s tastes.as nature lovers, we appreciated how beautifully the hotel blends with its surroundings. We felt very comfortable and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Garden. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Assago Forum Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Form the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their friendliness and professionalism. The receptionist who handled our check-in and check out was exceptionally attentive and efficient, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning, and the hotel facilities were implacably clean. The size of our room was just perfect, offering both comfort and space. Overall. Our experience amazing, and would highly recommend Royal Garden for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable stay in the city.

The location ,spacious room even its a bit old ( furniture ) and also the concierge staff by the name of Dany . He was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, which made our experience truly enjoyable.

The hotel is very clean, elegant, spacious, the rooms are also spacious and clean. It is 200 meters away from the Unipol Forum where my concert was so the location was perfect for me. There is only one metroline to the center and it takes 40 minutes to get to the center but you can reach every major tourist site with this line. Evenings I could hear the basses from the concerts at the concert hall because my room was overlooking the forum but no major inconvenience.

The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, the hotel is big and nice. The staff were also helpful and overall nice. Breakfast (not included in our booking) was 15€ per person, and it was good. Good value for money. The location of the hotel was beneficial to our stay as we did go to Mediolanum Forum for a concert and it was a very short walk from the hotel. The bathroom (with bathtub/shower) was exceptional. A nice touch was leaving a can of water as a "gift" because they are undergoing renovations, much appreciated.

Great location if you are with a car (garage for free) or you can use a Metro (10 min walk from hotel). Pool is only open in summer. The rooms are getting renovated now so sometimes it smells like construction. Overall great value, and an old grand hotel vibes. Breakfast is very standard, has everything you need, but not exceptional. We got 2 rooms same value, one was big on the 4th floor, and another was much smaller on the 3rd (same price, different experience).

Nostalgic “royal” feeling of a grand hotel- particularly the center hall where breakfast is being served. Dog friendly (particularly to golden retrievers 😉). Kind waiters at the restaurant/bar. Ample parking place. Good breakfast. Much appreciated powerful airco. Silent rooms.

We had a great stay! Our room and bathroom were extremely clean, which has always been our priority. Internet was also good. The location is perfect for people who are attending concerts at the nearby Arena, which is situated within a 5 minute walk. The route is relatively safe, even in the dark hours after the concerts. Also, despite the hotel being in the outskirts of Milano, it's really close to a metro station, which is 20-30min away from the center. You have the option to have food at their restaurant. It was delicious, though we felt it was a bit on the pricier side. As an alternative, there's a shopping center on a 15min walk from the hotel, which also serves great food and can be a source of some entertainment.
